Project Summary:

The headquarters in Chile provided the base graphic, and the necessary adjustments were made, taking into account the different spaces in each store, the available budget, the marketing strategy, and the established sales objectives.
Barbie Campaign
Challenge:
This project presented multiple challenges. First, it was essential to identify the strategic points to intervene in each store. Using the store layouts and furniture, a general set of pieces was created for mass production, optimizing costs by adapting them to the different stores. Additionally, it was crucial to determine which pieces and interventions needed to be store-specific based on expected sales volumes. This required detailed planning of timelines for piece creation, manufacturing with suppliers, shipping, and in-store installation.
Solution:
After the corresponding planning, the graphic design of each piece was completed and approved by the visual management team. Subsequently, the pieces were sent to production, ensuring prior approval of color samples and mounting techniques for the various spaces and furniture. Once manufactured and delivered to the stores, a detailed installation manual was created and provided, along with training for store managers to ensure proper implementation.
Result:
This campaign was highly successful in terms of sales and its in-store presence was extended twice as long.
